WHOLESALE INFORMATION
MINIMUM QTY : 12 Candles
FINISHING - Each Candle will come with its signature label and packaged safely inside a black box with signature label and warning stickers.
SHIPPING - Each individual candle weighs 300gms therefore shipping will be via tracked courier service in maximum15kgs lots. Your order may arrive in more than one box. You will receive tracking numbers of all boxes.
PROCESSING TIME - For Wholesale orders, processing time from confirmed order to shipment is approximately 14-21 Days as we are a small batch operator. Confirmed is considered to be once payment has been processed - usually 24-48hrs from order time.
PAYMENT - Payment is required in full at the time of order placement.
REFUNDS - Once order has been placed, full refund will be given if cancelled within 24hours. After that, 50% Refund will be allowed unless shipment has been prepared. Once shipment has been prepared, no refunds will be given.
RESALE - You are authorised to resell our candles at your retail location or online store. We prohibit the resale of our products on third-party marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay.
