Shipping policy
Postage:
Products are dispatched from Melbourne, Victoria. We aim to get your order made, packed and booked in for delivery within 15 business days of cleared payment as each product is NOT mass produced and IS made to order to ensure freshness.
We utilise a courier service wherever possible. Australia Post where required (ie PO Box, parcel lockers). Any parcel over 5kg in weight will be shipped via a courier.
If items arrived damaged, please contact us and we will raise a claim against the shipping service. Please refer to our Returns Policy for replacement product.
A dispatch notification will be sent to you upon shipping of your order. This email may arrive in your 'spam' or 'promotions' folders. Please check the details and tracking number. An invoice for your order will be sent to you via email.
Couriers Please and Fastway do utilise POPStation collection points, so your undelivered parcel may be carded to a convenience store, petrol station or newsagency. An email will be sent and a card will be left for you. Proof of identity will be required.
Parcels sent via courier will be flagged as 'sign on delivery'. We are not responsible for parcels that go missing if adjusted to 'authority to leave'. Parcels sent via Australia Post will not be flagged as 'sign on delivery'.
Any questions regarding shipments, please contact us. While we may not be able to resolve issues with courier companies or Australia Post, we will always do our best to follow up and obtain as much information as possible.
