Scent is subjective and we understand that sometimes what is a favourite fragrance of ours might not be the best for you. We are able to accept returns or exchanges on unused items that are returned to us in new condition and with any retail boxes. Please email us prior so we can help get the process started for you.
Product Returns or Exchanges Must Be:
- New Condition (Candles must be unused, not burned or melted)
- Returned within 15 days of receipt
- Purchased directly through our website or store, we can not make exchanges if you purchased at a local retail store or third party seller.
- If you are requesting a refund we will process it as soon as the item is received by us. Refunds are made for the item itself -- shipping costs are non refundable.
Products We Can Not Offer An Exchange or Refund for:
- Sample Sizes
- Packaging - we do not refund or replace retail boxes, tissue paper or jar lids as these do not effect the use of the product.
- Bath and Body Products are not eligible for sanitary and safety reasons
- Clearanced, "Misfit" or other Final Sale Items
When returning items be sure to include the lids and any retail boxes and your invoice if you have it. Please package the item as safely as possible using paper or packing peanuts. At this time we are not able to cover the costs of return shipping so please be sure to keep any tracking information in the unlikely event that we do not receive the package so that you are able to make a claim with Australia Post if it happens to be lost or broken on its way back to us.
