Velvet Rose Perfume

Velvet Rose is the darker side of rose. Rich, warm and a little mysterious, it takes the familiar softness of rose and pulls it somewhere deeper with spice, woods and oud.

It opens with saffron, pepper and rose before moving into a warm heart of clove leaf, cinnamon, nutmeg and Indian geranium. As it settles on the skin, vanilla softens the fragrance while oud wood and patchouli give it that darker, earthy depth.

This is not a delicate, freshly cut rose fragrance. Velvet Rose is heavier, warmer and more sensual, with the florals sitting amongst spice and dark woods. It is the perfume for someone who loves rose but wants it with a bit more bite.

Scent Notes

Top: Saffron, pepper and rose.

Heart: Clove leaf, cinnamon, nutmeg and Indian geranium.

Base: Vanilla, oud wood and patchouli.

How to wear

Apply to pulse points such as the wrists and neck and allow the fragrance to settle naturally on the skin. The warm spices, rose and woods will develop as the perfume warms against your skin.

The Perfume

Velvet Rose is blended by hand using a sugar cane alcohol perfume base and fragrance, then bottled in small batches. The perfume is formulated at a 15% fragrance concentration.

50 ml perfume spray in a sugar cane alcohol base.

Handmade in Australia in small batches.

For external use only. Patch test before use. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and broken or irritated skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
